Royalty, romance and hockey! What more does one need to find reading bliss? I surely found mine while reading JUST ONE OF THE ROYALS for Entangled Teen Crush. This book was just what I need to get all the tingles of my current royalty obsession while creating the perfect amount of tension between the leading couple and flirting around with one of my favorite sports, hockey. If all those subjects checks a box off on your list then you will not be disappointed with this quick and fun read.
There is nothing that I adore more than reading romances about relationships of convenience. In Just One of the Royals you have a reluctant prince that will stop at nothing to keep his secret and thats where Madison comes in posing as his girlfriend to help clean up his rebel image. I truly enjoyed how things were set up in this story and although it was a bit outlandish it worked for me. I so enjoyed witnessing Madison slowly fall for Daniel as she helps him polish out his image but in doing so she finds that instead of liking him better she misses his old rebel self. Oh the torture! Which I have to say is the best part of this story. The angst is dealt with quite well and I could not help but stay glued to this tory till the very end.
Leah and Kate Rooper did a fine job of engaging me from the beginning and then keeping my interest with a well paced story that was purely entertaining. This was the best read to keep a smile on my face and giving me that bit of royal romance and fun that I always enjoy in my reads. If you enjoy a quick read with a royal rebel and the girl that is there to make him respectable while giving you the right amount of swoon then this book is for you.
